THIS is Laguna Hansen. We spoke to a Park Ranger (entry fee: $50MN/$5US) who said that even though Baja received a bunch of rain this past winter, it wasn't enough to fill the lake after a couple years of drought. Normally, these boulders would be partially hidden under water.
